This explains what information Celle by Bia collects when you shop with us, why, and how it's kept.
Account information: if you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself, and never in a form anyone (including us) can read back.
Order information: when you check out, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and any order notes, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
Shopping activity: if you're signed in, your bag and wishlist are saved to your account so they follow you across devices. Product reviews you leave are stored with your name and the rating/text you submit.
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and updates, respond to questions, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional news and offers by email. We don't sell your information to anyone.
We don't collect or store card numbers. Cash on Delivery is paid directly to our courier. Bank Deposit payments are verified manually against our bank statement. Online card payments, once enabled, will be handled entirely by a licensed third-party payment gateway — your card details go directly to them, never through our servers.
We share order details with our delivery couriers so they can get your order to you. We use trusted service providers to run the site: Vercel for hosting and image storage, Neon for our database, and Resend for sending order and account emails. Each only receives the information needed to do their job, and none of them may use it for their own purposes.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your bag, wishlist, and currency preference between visits — this stays on your device and isn't sent anywhere unless you're signed in, in which case it syncs to your account.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — message us and we'll action it, usually within a few days.
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy as the site grows — the date at the top always reflects the latest version.
