These terms cover shopping with Celle by Bia. By placing an order or creating an account, you're agreeing to them.
Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once we've checked stock and your details. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, if a piece is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud), in which case we'll let you know and refund anything already paid.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices shown in other currencies are indicative conversions only — you're always billed in PKR. We may correct a pricing error even after an order is placed, and will contact you before charging the corrected amount.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Deposit. Online card payment is being added and will be processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway once live. For Cash on Delivery, orders over a certain value may require a partial advance payment, which we'll confirm with you before dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and 3–6 days elsewhere in Pakistan. We ship internationally on request — message us with your address and we'll quote shipping before you order.
Every piece is 18k gold plated over stainless steel. We photograph everything as accurately as we can, but actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

We aim to get every order right, but to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from delayed delivery or unavailable stock beyond our reasonable control.
